Creating with Stamps
I got a great new stamp from Stampin Up, and I couldn't wait to use it. This is my first time creating on my own a stamped image and then punching it out. I know you stampers out there do this all the time but I'm just getting into the stamping thing recently. I had so much fun making these flowers at Stamp Camp with my consultant from Stampin Up Michelle, that I had to buy the stamp and punch.
I also used a Close to My Heart paper pack that I got from my CTMH consultant as a free gift for attending her scrapbook page layout class. I love the paperpack.

I wanted desperately to use my new stamps and punch so I came up with this card below. I made two. One with Happy Birthday and One with Thank You. I used CTMH ink Twilight and Harvest.
I always need birthday and thank you cards, so I went with these two sentiments. I embossed the border on the bottom and inked it slightly. The stems I cut from my Cricut basic shapes that came pre loaded on my Cricut Expressions 2.
The plain green flowers I did not stamp but punched them out from the embossed paper. Then I added the bling for the centers. I love bling! I put it on everything.
